Zinc-Plated Roofing Screw

A hex-head roofing screw with a self-drilling point and bonded sealing washer, intended for fixing metal roofing sheets and cladding to light-gauge steel. The washer forms a weather-resistant seal when it is compressed evenly. Drive the screw square to the sheet and stop as soon as the washer is seated; overtightening can split or distort the seal.
