Brass Compression Elbow

Brass compression elbows for turning a copper pipe run through 90° without soldering. Each end has a compression nut and olive that grips the pipe as you tighten it.

• Pipe sizes: 15 mm, 22 mm and 28 mm (to suit copper pipe of the same outside diameter)
• 15 and 22 mm cover almost all domestic water and heating pipework; 28 mm is for main runs and larger heating flows
• Cut the pipe square, deburr it, then push it fully into the fitting before tightening
• Tighten firmly but do not overdo it: an over-compressed olive will weep rather than seal
• Can be taken apart again, which makes it handy where a joint may need to come off later
